KCSB-FM (91.9 FM) is a nonprofit educational radio station located on the campus of the University of California, Santa Barbara. KCSB is designed to train both programmers and students. UCSB students and other programmers are given the opportunity to learn the basics of broadcasting, both from a technical point of view and in terms of broadcast content, as well as to study the more complex aspects of broadcasting and sound environment. The station has a range that reaches as far south as Los Angeles County and as far north as San Luis Obispo, California.
