KJHK 90.7 FM is a campus radio station based in Lawrence, Kansas at the University of Kansas. On December 3, 1994, the station became one of the first radio stations in the world to broadcast a continuous live stream via internet radio. It currently emits 2600 watts, and the broadcast area covers most of northeastern Kansas. The station is overseen by the Kansas Memorial Unions, but is completely managed by University of Kansas students. The station broadcasts local music, classical music, classic country, special talk shows, world music, various programs, and also broadcasts football, basketball and baseball matches.
