AM 1070 is the former headquarters of WIBC, which broadcast on this frequency since 1938. In 2007, the WIBC talk program was moved to 93.1 FM, and the 10-sport format began in 1070, leading local hosts on weekdays from ESPN Radio Network programming heard nights, weekends and early morning.
