WMTT is a classic rock radio station licensed to Tioga, Pennsylvania, serving the Elmira-Corning metropolitan area. Prior to 2005, the call sign of the station was WPHD. WPHD is located at the WMTT Studios at 495 Chemung Street in Horseheads, New York 14845. When WMTT first entered; On Memorial Day weekend 1991, the WMTT was at 93.3 MHz and relayed its sister station at the time, WKGB-FM, Conklin, New York. In September 1991, the WMTT changed to 94.7 MHz. In April 1992, the station began a progressive separation from its sister, WKGB-FM. During 1994, the WMTT performed the ABC Classic Rock format. From January 1, 1995 to May 1, 1995, WMTT broadcast the WBSX FM station, Hazleton, PA, at the time called The Mountain, displaying an AOR format that leaned toward classic rock.
