The station broadcasts on the FM 92.3 frequency and is owned by Townsquare Media. The KNFM broadcasts 100,000 Watts from the top of the KPEJ-TV Fox 24 tower near Gardendale and has a 985 foot center of radiation, making it the largest FM signal in the Permian basin. KNFM plays live High School football matches, alternating weekly between the Midland High Bulldogs and Midland Lee Rebels with the Newstalk 550 KCRS.
