KMOJ, 89.9 FM, is a community-based station located in Minneapolis, Minnesota that broadcasts a predominantly urban format for contemporary adults. Currently, KMOJ's studios are located on West Broadway Avenue in Minneapolis, while its transmitter is located in Arden Hills. KMOJ offers soul, blues, gospel, reggae, jazz, hip-hop, spoken word and talk show programming for African-American audiences. It is owned by the non-profit Center for Communications and Development ("CCD") located on the north side of Minneapolis. KMOJ is a member of Minnesota's independent public radio network.
