WCAI / 90.1 - Woods Hole, Massachusetts, WNAN / 91.1 - Nantucket and WZAI / 94.3 - Brewsters are members of the National Public Radio radio stations serving the Cape Cod and Islands area of southeastern Massachusetts. They broadcast mainly news and information programs and belong to the WGBH Educational Foundation in Boston. The station was founded by the independent radio producer Jay Allison and his organization Atlantic Public Media with the mission to build and operate the WGBH and first went on air in 2000. Atlantic Public Media has also produced local programs for the station.
